NP—Next Page

This control function moves the cursor forward to the home position on one of the following pages in page memory. If there is only one page, then the terminal ignores NP.

Default: Move to the next page.

Parameters

Pn
indicates how many pages to move the cursor forward.
Default: Pn = 0.

If Pn is 0 or 1, then the cursor moves to the next page in page memory. If Pn tries to move the cursor past the last page in memory, then the cursor stops at the last page.
